4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

be a New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid New Zealand visa that permits you to enter into credit arrangements;
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under New Zealand law; and

Business finance services are available to New Zealand registered companies, sole traders, partnerships, and trusts, subject to the lending criteria of the relevant lender.

8. Verification and Supporting Information

To assess your application and provide our services, you authorise Nolimit Finance Limited to obtain and verify information from relevant third parties where reasonably required.

landlords;
accountants;
identity verification providers; and
other authorised organisations or individuals.

Any information obtained will be used only for legitimate purposes relating to your finance application, our services, or our legal and regulatory obligations.

9. Bank Information Verification

Without limitation, we do not guarantee:

approval of finance;
approval by a particular lender;
interest rates or loan pricing;
lender fees or charges;
loan terms or conditions; or
approval or settlement timeframes.

All lending decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant lender and are subject to its lending policies, assessment criteria, responsible lending obligations, and your individual circumstances.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Nolimit Finance Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from or relating to your use of our website, our services, or any information we provide.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

Any loan calculator or similar tool made available by Nolimit Finance Limited is provided for general information and illustrative purposes only.
